Promo: Media Promos are Magic: The Gathering cards distributed through magazines, video games, books, and other media tie-ins, primarily during the late 1990s and early 2000s. These promos often featured exclusive alternate art or unique distribution methods, such as being included with InQuest, Scrye, or early Magic video games like Duels of the Planeswalkers.
